Replacements
All of Beyond Question's products are designed to be of the highest possible quality and are inspected before being shipped to ensure customer satisfaction. As a testament to our confidence in the quality and durability of our products, Beyond Question offers special replacement pricing for most of the hardware that it sells. These reduced prices are available regardless of the condition of the warranty or the cause of the problem. Customers without an active warranty or in possession of materials damaged through misuse can still receive this reduced pricing simply by returning the equipment for replacement.

Supported Payment Options
We currently accept payment by check or by purchase order--sorry, no credit cards at this time. Purchase orders are generally accepted from any major organization but are subject
to approval. For faster delivery, you can place your order with us even before a purchase order number is available; we'll prepare your order in advance and hold it until you're ready.

Shipping and Handling
Beyond Question ships all equipment within the continental United States by UPS ground unless other arrangements are requested. Shipping and handling costs for such orders
are generally priced as follows:

$30 per Class Set
$40 per Lecture Set
$5 to $30 for Extras
